Win Like A G.I.R.L. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and women worldwide! Our mission is to inspire and empower young girls and women to walk confidently in their purpose by fostering Growth, Imagination, Respect, and Leadership. We want you to WIN, GIRL!

 

We create safe spaces for people to learn, develop skills, bond, and WIN! We provide mentorship, workshops, and resources to help others develop essential life and career skills and build self-confidence. Founded by Dr. Tywanna Smith and Tandra Inmon and led by our Junior Board Members!
