Win Like A G.I.R.L. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and young adults worldwide! Our mission is to inspire and empower youth and young adults to walk confidently with purpose by fostering Growth, Imagination, Respect, and Leadership. We want you to WIN, GIRL!

 

We create safe spaces for people to learn, develop skills, bond, and WIN! We provide mentorship, workshops, programs, experiences, and resources to help others develop essential life and career skills and build self-confidence. Founded by Dr. Tywanna Smith and Tandra Inmon and led by our Junior Board Members!
